Many of LAM’s social impact and environmental initiatives start from the bottom up, as our people propose and create programs that address their particular concerns and passions.

Our company today rarely uses paper and entire operation is handled electronically. We encourage our clients to do the same. We have also reduced our carbon footprint by reducing our frequent travels and we use technology to do our jobs 'remotely' via our Agile Working Programme.
